In 2006 we founded East Bay Computer Services as a high quality, proactive computer support company. Our focus is the small office environment of 5 to 50 computers using a server centered network sharing internet, data and printing.

In our view quality service includes the following:

  • Excellent client communications.  Clearly explaining what we feel should be done and providing prompt billing and reports to the client.

  • Documentation.  We keep good records.

  • Regular inspection.  We check equipment for early signs of trouble, and keep updated.

  • Planning.  We focus computer use around each office’s tasks at hand and prepare for obsolescence and upgrades.

  • Backups, backups and backups.  Data loss is not acceptable.


We work hard to make the relationship with each client a partnership and now count 4 techs at your service.
