In 2006 we founded East Bay Computer Services as a high quality, proactive computer support company. Our focus is the small office environment of 5 to 50 computers using a server centered network sharing internet, data and printing.
In our view quality service includes the following:
Excellent client communications. Clearly explaining what we feel should be done and providing prompt billing and reports to the client.
Documentation. We keep good records.
Regular inspection. We check equipment for early signs of trouble, and keep updated.
Planning. We focus computer use around each office’s tasks at hand and prepare for obsolescence and upgrades.
Backups, backups and backups. Data loss is not acceptable.
