We are very open minded about who can receive this donation.  Our criteria for a recipient are:

1. Serves a public good.  

2. The recipient has the skills to use, care for and maintain the system, and will be able to do so over the expected life of this generation of computers. (probably about 5-7 years)

3. We will be allowed to publicize our donation.
