A typical maintenance package is:

• Server backup, updates and functions inspected remotely over the internet
  once every 2 weeks.
• Workstation and office support once every 4 weeks with a visit from your regular tech.
• Detailed network documentation kept up to date.
• Two restore tests of the backup systems every year.

Normal Rates:

• Basic Rate:  $130/hr
• Shop Rate: $90/hr
• Trip Charge $35 to south bay, the peninsula, and Marin.
• Large Job: $700/day. (min. 1 full day, scheduled in advance)
• 501(c)3 non profit discount 15%
• Site visit Minimum: 1 1/2 hours.(does not apply to downtown Oakland)
• Administrative support performed in our office is $70/hr.
• Phone, lab and remote access charges are rounded to the 1/4 hour.

Service Agreement discounts:

1 monthly visit or remote access visit of 1 1/2 hours minimum reduces charges to $115 per hour for scheduled or unscheduled visits, remote access service and phone support.

2 monthly visits or remote access visits of 1 1/2 hours minimum per visit reduces charges to $95 per hour for scheduled or unscheduled  visits, remote access service and phone support. 
 

No contract required.  We provide you with a rate letter.
All preventive maintenance schedules are customized to your needs.
